Onion Soup :)

Cheap, simple, tastes good.



  • - 1 finely diced onion
  • - Just less than two llitres of vegetable stock
  • - A bit of butter


- Get a big-ish sauce pan and melt the butter in it at a low heat.

- Simmer the onions in it until really soft.

- Pour in the (boiling) stock, add any seasoning and stir it for a bit.

- Use an electric whisk to.. electric-whisk it.
