Tattie (potato) soup

Ingredients

6 carrots
1 big onion
½ neep (turnip)
4 knorr chicken stock cubes
Salt
Pepper
Kettle boiling water
8-10 medium tatties (potatoes)

Method

Chop up and peel all the veggies apart from the potatoes and put in a big pot of boiling water along with stock cubes and salt and pepper. Boil for 1 hour and ½ then peel and chop potatoes and add to soup, and boil for a further 30 minutes, once cooked mash up veggies and its ready to serve, you will probably need to add more boiling water.
