Cheesy beans 2

Method

Put your bread under the grill and toast one side. At the same time stick the beans in the microwave until resonably hot, slice enough cheese to cover all the slices of bread you are toasting. When one side is done, turn over + spoon the beans onto the half cooked toast and spread out, put the cheese slices ontop to cover all the beans and toast until the cheese starts browning and serve. Just before the toast is ready i like adding plenty of black pepper as well. I seem to prefer this way of making cheesy beans rather than using a pot :)
