Cheese toasties, without a toastie maker

Ingredients

(for one)
2 slices bread
slice of cheese
slice of ham, or whatever else you feel like
butter or margerine

Method

1 butter one side of each slice of bread
2 heat a frying pan with a little butter
3 place a slice of bread in the pan butter side DOWN
4 pile the cheese and stuff onto the bread while its frying. Leave it a minute or so until the cheese has melted and the bread has turned a lovely golden brown
5 put the other slice of bread on, butter side UP, then flip the toastie and serve when thats golden brown too.

instead of frying, you can wrap the toastie in some tin foil and iron it (Y)
