Adapt the ingredients to suit taste and numbers:
Potatoes
Creme Cheese
Butter
Cheese
Onions
Seasoning (Not essential)
Breadcrumbs (Not essential can also use flour)
Cooking Oil
Peel the potatoes and place them in a saucepan of water. Bring them to the boil and reduce to a simmer, meanwhile cut the onions and grate the cheese. The potatoes should take roughly fifteen minutes to cook and will be ready when they are soft. Mash them adding butter and cream cheese to taste, this will give the mash a really light creamy texture. Pan fry some onions until they turn golden brown and add them directly to the mash with some grated cheese. Mix the cheese and onions in and mould the mash into discs. Coat in breadcrumbs or flour and pan fry until they are golden brown, serve and enjoy!
