* 2 slices of Bread
(any bread whatever you like White/Brown/Italian you choose!)
* A couple of tomtoes
* Garlic (either 1 clove or ready garlic in a salt jar works also)
* Onion (red or white but red works better)
1. Chop tomatoes n onions into small chunks and mix together. If you take out the juice out the middle of tomatoes this is easier.
2. Toast the Bread in toaster or under grill
3. If using a clove of Garlic half the clove n rub one side of the clove on one slice of bread and the other half of the clove on the other slice of bread or if using Garlic Salt sprinkle some Garlic salt on each slice.
4. Throw the tomatoes n onion mix over each slice till they are covered and either eat cold like this or stick them under the grill for a few minutes and enjoy!

Quite nice, I would definitely use some basil and a dash of olive oil.
Also if you have time to leave for 15-30mins it's even nicer as the flavours
mix. :)
Sounds easy and very tasty!
