1. soya sauce
2. few coriander leaves
3. chives (dried or fresh)
4. half a lemon
5. half a pack of tofu
1. Add some soya sauce, squeeze half a lemon, and then add coriander leaves and chives. Mix everything well in a microwaveable dish.
2. Cut the tofu in cubes and place in the dish.
3. Pour all the excess sauce on top of the tofu.
4. Put in the micro for 5-7 minutes and then eat!!!!
