Cajun salmon

Ingredients

Salmon Fillet (about 200g per person)
Cajun sauce
Soya Sauce
Lemon juice
Chinese Five Spices
Tin foil

To encompany Rice

Method

1. Cut the salmon in to portions, place in either a food bag or dish. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, five spices, and mix around with the cajun sauce.

2. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees C. Then wrap the the salmon in the tin foil, place on baking tray. Place in the oven for 20mins.

3. While the salmon is in the oven, either do normal rice and boil water for rice and add rice for about 20mins or use minute rice (Uncle Ben's Rice is amazing).

4. Take salmon out of foil and serve on rice, with anything else you would like, veg if you got it.
