2 Chicken Breasts
Sage and Onion dried Stuffing
1 egg
Olive oil (garlic infused adds extra flavour)
Prepare the chicken by cutting each breast into roughly 5 peices. Break the egg into a bowl and put the stuffing onto plate. Place a peice of the chicken into the egg and ensure it's properly covered then place in the stuffing and apply some pressure to make sure the stuffing sticks properly. Do the same for all the other peices. Heat some oil in a frying pan (making sure pan surface is completly covered). When the oil is hot place all the chicken into the pan turning the heat down slightly and cook for roughly 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoughtly cooked. Can be served with anything from mash potato to rice, or even left in the fridge and served cold on a salad the next day! Yummy!
