2 Chicken breasts
1 Onion
2 Peppers (Red/Yellow)
1 Can chopped toms
1 Can spicy mixed beans
1 tbls vinegar
1 tbls tomatoe puree
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 pack of nachos
grated cheddar cheese
1. Cook/fry the chicken, onions & peppers
2. Add the vinegar, tom puree, chilli & oregano
3. Cook for two mins & add the chopped toms & beans
4. Transfer to an oven proof dish
5. Layer the nachos over the top of the mixture & add the grated cheese
6. Cook in the oven for a further 15 mins 200
7. Serve with salad

That sounds absolutely awesome i am going to have to try this one!
I really was surprised at how great the nachos tasted with the rest of the ingredients. Really easy to make aswell and it will last me a couple of days :) Delicious!!
